ABOMA, the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association, Represents Over 600 High-Rise and Walkup Residential Buildings Located in the Chicago Area. 

Approximately 60% are Condominium or Cooperative in Nature and 40% are Rental Buildings

In the spirit of the Holidays, if you wish to bring an unwrapped toy to the event it will be distributed to Chicago area children.

The University Club requests Traditional Business of Business Casual Attire
- No Jeans

At the present time due to the pandemic, the University Club requires that masks be worn by all members, guests and staff while navigating through the Club while arriving, departing, using washroom facilities etc.  Once inside the Cathedral Hall, masks can be removed.

The “Member” category includes Representatives of Member Buildings, Property Supervisors, Managers, Assistant Managers, Condominium Board representatives, Staff from Agencies Managing ABOMA Member Buildings and Supplier Members.

NO 'AT DOOR' RESERVATIONS FOR THIS EVENT - We are sorry but seating is very limited and no exceptions can be made.
